The company was founded in 2007, it is a registered institution supervised by the Securities and Futures Commission (“SFC”) to carry out Type 9 regulated activities in the scope of asset management services according to the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Ordinance (“SFO”). The scope of asset management services, inter alia, includes management of funds and discretionary accounts.

To be a key player in the area of financial investment offering a wide range of products and services to achieve the investment goal of our clients.

We and our clients invest in private equities of fast growing enterprises in Hong Kong, China, and other Asian countries, with most of them aiming to go for Initial public offerings (“IPO”) in Hong Kong or other established exchanges. We contribute throughout the process, act as a long term strategic investor, and aims to bring satisfactory returns to our investment clients.

We and our clients invest in listed equities. Together with our associate company, Shun Loong Securities Ltd, which has more than 50 years of history carrying out Type 1 brokerage activities under the SFO in Hong Kong, we provide comprehensive investment services to our clients.
